Our version of a Salvadoran curtido. Insanely addictive kraut with added fresh jalapeno chillis, lime, oregano and smoked paprika!
Jalapenos are packed with vitamins C and A and also contain capsaicin, which has been linked to natural pain-relieving properties.
Limes are packed with vitamin C helping to boost immunity.
GREAT WITH: Tacos, burgers, veggie chilli, avocado on toast, tortillas, stuffed pittas, chipotle bean stew, jacket potatoes

INGREDIENTS: White cabbage, carrots, limes, jalapenos, paprika, chilli, oregano, Himalayan salt.
